The welding training is implemented within the activities of the youth employment project in Egypt (finding a reason to stay) implemented by the International Labor Organization and the Al-Qara Foundation for Sustainable Development.
The project aims to build the capacities of young people in the governorates of Qalyubia and Menoufia, and train them on how to formulate community initiatives to reduce illegal migration. After building their capacities, young people launched 16 initiatives to compete for the necessary support to implement the activities of their initiatives, so that 8 of them won the necessary support from the project.
