Many reports and studies on the Egyptian labor market confirm that one of the most important challenges facing Egyptian workers is the low indicators of the level of work culture and ethics adopted by the Egyptian worker compared to workers in other countries such as Southeast Asian countries, which subsequently affects the decrease in demand for Egyptian workers in the country.  – Programs and activities to qualify young graduates for the labor market in Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate.
